I've been here for 9 months and I can say this place STINKS. Problems' Plenty! The first problem is the Office Personell. They are Rude & Take NO Care for their residents. The maintenence guys are ok on Tuesdays cutting the landscapes, but are slow when it comes to fixing your problems. Second, the water problem here is horrible. Every 2 months tops, the water goes out and can be out for many hours to a day and a half. And what will the office personel tell you, "Go and get some water from the pool." I was horrified when they told me that. Third, Pest Control. Roaches are starting to rent out your own apartment, but will the office personell do anything about it. NOPE. Security is also horrible. Gates break, don't close, don't open. It's a pain. I suggest you DO NOT LIVE here unless you like small visitors, having to get pool water, and feeling not being cared about
