well for starters moved here from out of state ,,from day one nothing but trouble....
1. we drove 5 days to get here and guess what'' no front door on the apartment and no carpet,,,staff told me to stay in uhaul extra night. stupid just plain stupid.

2.3rd day....sink clogged,,,had maintenance come by the guy plugged around on the bottom of the sink , said it was fixed (it was 5:00 must have been quiting time) he left and ran water in the sink,,,,still had the clog.

3.after about a month water started to smell bad and caused my toilet to mold really bad,,had rusted water running in the bowl down the side,,,still waiting for that one to be taken care of,,,will call the CDC or health department to see what i can do.

4. had a leak coming from inside the wall in the spare bathroom,,,called maintenance at 10:30 at night ,,,the guy came stepped in the puddle,,and then left never to be seen again that night,,,had to call and ----- and complain but to no resolve.(They never called me back to state what action they were going to take,,,very unprofessional)

5.master bathroom looks like i lived here for 10 years ,,,water stains on wall,they didnt bother to paint it just left it the way the last tenants left it,,,dirty and nasty.

6.behind the washing machine when they replaced the old one they never cleaned out from behind it, you can see the old flooring along with some spray and wash bottles that look about 10 years old,,,,as the idiots decided to cover the mess with the new washing machine covering the old stuff that fell behind the old machine.

7.neighbors are all loud and there kids run around till 11 pm ...they constantly yell....never shut up,,,must have moved from old section 8 to this place,,,,new section 8.

8.gates constantly broken,,,,can't get out half the time because the card doesnt work,,,traffic sux,,,you have to wait 5 to 7 minutes to leave,,and don't ever go to the HEB at 5:00 you will never get out,,,,

9.apartment staff,,,they all suck,,,they are nice before you sign the lease,,,once you sign the lease ,,,they are rude and act like your problems with the apartment are your problems not yours,,,,,,all the girls and the --- dude that works there suck,,,,,,,non professional,,,,wouldnt waste my time....

10. a/c blows hot air,,,maintenance tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it.....still blows hot air..

11. toilet moves back and forth ,,called maintenance to have them fix it ,,,,they just calked it ,,,sat down to do my business,,,toilet broke free from the calking,,,shakes back and forth and you can hear the water release from the toilet...

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE <<<<<<< ALL THIS IN JUST 3 MONTHS,,,,BEEN HERE SINCE AUGUST.....

THIS PLACE SUCKS,,,,,,,,
