I lived at Lincoln Village for a year and a half. Maint is okay, but can be rude. The guys tend to do ONLY wanted is needed to do the job NOTHING beyond. Maint I beieve is the problem with work orders. I have heard them in the office tell them one thing and do another. Grounds are kept up rather nicely. The staff is finally getting the junk on peoples porches cleaned up. I do not go into office anymore office staff can be rude and I do agree the holier than thou attitudes are thrown around, but it does go with how you treat them. Some people do not beileve that their are limitations to what miracles can be performed. The person that I did actually enjoy talking with has gone. She was the ONLY one to actually care and get something done. The office staff now spends their time looking at the internet and playing around.
The apartments though are reasonably priced compared to others I have looked at. GREAT location. Security could be higher. Residents do like kinda shady. Water has been a problem-been late atleast 3 tmes because of it.

All in all grounds nice, apts good, but office and maint so so.
