we have lived in the lincoln village apartments since September of 2003 and have had issues with poor street maintainence. After a rain storm the same pot-holes resurface and it takes many months (2-3) before any response from management to repair damage streets. Currently, they complex is having a "face lift", but we were informed that the pot-holes priortiy is second from the painting. The residents appear to respect the cities code compliance on the noise code. the only complaints we have been informing management on is with the re-occuring pot-holes.
To include: Constant broken entrance and exit gates, rude office staff, slow and lazy repairs and on occasions ant and roach problems even after they exterminate.
