Where to begin... When we first moved in (dead of summer) AC didnt work. We called maint. to come and fix it and it took 2 days for the AC to blow "cool". Water was constantly being shut off with out notice. When office was called they said notice was sent with news letter.... what news letter'' Other times letter was on the door after the water had already been shut off. Water bill originally started off at $12-$18 monthly.. all the leaks, I guess, has made it go sky high. Master bath shower breaks constantly... been replaced three times. Ants is a horriable problem along with waterbugs (very big roaches). Noise constantly... when maint is called about it in the middle of the night.. nothing is ever done. The police didnt come either. Pool is not maintained.. infact it is crystal green now. Been locked for the last month or so do to punk kids littering it with junk. There is always nonresidents in the pool all hours of the night.. could be because the security gates are always open. I do not feel secure walking from apartment to my car... there is lighting.. most dont work. Dog crap litters the yards. Complained several times.. still waiting for something to happen about that. The smell is unbareable especially in the summer sun. Balconies are littered with trash and empty boxes. Very out dated appliances. Yes, washer and dryer, but vents are so full of lent it takes 2 hours to dry 1/2 load. Also a fire hazard. Hard to walk down some sidewalks because of the over grown bushes filled with bees. We were excited to move in... now we are excited to leave. My advice to future residents try to get as close as you can to the office. Things seem to be better over there. You can tell the areas the office and maint. has forgotten about.

the office staff is so so rude, no phone etiquette and the manager Kimberly Ogg is so hateful and rude to everyone, you figure she would be nice and respectful to her tentants but she is crude and unprofessional to everyone. The office staff need a course in phone etiquette and professionalism, respect!!!
