I live here and recently found that a person convicted of molesting a child lives in this complex. I thought they did background checks !!!! My lease is up in 1 month and I will definatly be moving. I really did like the complex and understood for maintenence reasons, the water had to be turned off occasionally but this is unforgivable... NOT EVEN A WARNING !! I have a daughter who is 10 years old !!

omg. They have completely stopped doing background checks! If they did, this would be a safer complex to live in.
