Your better off in a home where you are responsible for all the maitenance and repairs yourself! The girls in the office are rude, and never take care of more major problems that are reported.Their response is allways "you will have to contact our property manager" (WHO IS A ROYAL PAIN!) I've resorted to calling non emergency SAPD to deal with noise ordinance problems, and fire hazards. maitenence workers keep changing, and the complex has been hiring younger workers. Maitenence also short cuts the work just to shut you up. This apartment complex was WONDERFUL when we first moved in! The staff was so nice and took care of your requests over the phone, maitenence was friendly and knew you on first name baisis, the landscapers were in and out in only one working day (instead of taking two to three days to rake leaves and leave the rest on your front step or blown onto your patio). ever since the property was sold to BF management its SUCKED! I also dont feel safe walking the grounds in the evening anymore. Some of the other reviews that discussed the problem of the water allways being turned off was only because they were repairing the main water pipes before they re-paved the complex (which has been done and looks great, no pot-holes). Its a lovely looking community and decent sized apartments with great amenities such as washers and dryers, ceiling fans, five swimming pools and such, but the managements incompitance to fix problems promptly, and repremand fellow residents who are rowdy, messy, and loud make this complex an iffy place to live.
