I have lived here for almost 4 years, and it has never been this bad. It is turning into the Ghetto. I have had small problems throughout the years, but this is year has been the worst. From showers leaking to graphite all over the place, it is the worst. It takes about a month for anyone to come fix something, and then they have to come back in two weeks, because it still doesn??t work. My neighbor got so fed up with the graphite by his apartment that he went out and bought paint, and painted it over. Our Gates have not worked for more than a year, and we no longer are able to use the Fitness center. I know I don??t pay this much rent for the crappy place this has become. I can??t wait to get the Hell out of here. I bet management doesn??t live in this dump !!!

I have a huge water leak twice and it took them 2 weeks to get everything taken care of, couldnt even totally unpack because half of the apartment was flooded. They keep saying they couldnt do anything because the pavement under the carpet was still wet! Now my truck was recently broken into, because of the gates that never seem to work and a lack of security. This place is really becoming a ghetto!!
