I never lived in this place. I just called to inquire about renting an apartment. I was told "sorry we are not showing apartment today because it is raining"
What an answer! If that is their business management even before I sign a lease how would it be after I sign' No I do not think so.

I sent an e-mail from the website never got a responce and the website says 24 hr responce time its been a week. They obviously dont care. I know the area is not all that great, but wow this place sounds horrible.
