The bowels

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
One year was enough. Staff was great though but for some reason, messages for apartment problems might have been disregarded. (Except noise control problems at times, maybe because we kept complaining over and over.) Thin walls. Kids sound like hippos upstairs. A light fixture kept falling because of upstairs neighbors. Maintenance took weeks to get the job done on every problem the Apt. had. Took a month just to fix one bedroom bathtub. They never sent anyone to fix a leak on the ceiling. Leak was evidently caused due to the AC when it froze. Ants, bees, roaches. They never sent pest control. Landscape is slanted also causing cracks on the walls (actually REVEALING RESEALED cracks, even on the ceiling) and doors not to close well enough. They need to change or upgrade locks on doors also or at least WD40 whenever or if ever maintenance gets a chance. And be careful, when they did "visit" to fix a problem, twice, they would knock once then immediately entered. So I'm in my room watching TV, I open my bedroom door to answer, maintenance is already inside! How's that for Privacy.
