apartments in disrepair, balconies are loose and going to fall, walls cracking, ac leaks every month. water is off at least once a month. parking sucks,have to park across complex after 7 pm. -------- in apt 807 have 6 cars that never move, they drink at least 6 cases of beer per weekend, they drop their trash in the parking lot and in grass, break bottles all over side walks plus tejano music so loud you can hear it in the shower, they also have a nice little copper theft operation going on. gates are broken weekly, no grass growing because sprinklers are shut off, trash and animal ---- everywhere. graffiti all over. maintenance slow to respond, they do not respond to emergency or weekend calls to fix anything, have to wait til next day. office staff rude and snooty, especially jessica(has a nice rack btw) jesse/jesus the maint. guy is hard working, does a good job. washer and dryer too small, bird nests in the outside dryer vents, have to run dryer 2 or 3 times. theft and vandalism all the time. had my truck broken into and then stolen within 6 months. punks haul ass thru apts blaring music driving their weak ass, coffee can exhaust ricers. 5 pools, only 1 open, club house always closed, no on site officer patroling.
