Think the staff SUCKS when you LIVE there'''''Wait till you get out. On my move-out day i called the office early in the morning to see if Andrew(Maintanance Supervisor) would be available for the "walk through" in the afternoon, i spent all day cleaning and at about 3 o clock, i go turn in my keys and ask that Andrew come check on my apartment, Well Andrew had seemed to have taken a late lunch and he was not available, there was no one else that could do "this part of his job"..ok i'm "told" to "come back later and see if i'm lucky to find him" by one of the girls..i do just that and he's not there again i'm told that he will do the walkthrough tomorrow and call me. I wait, and wait..well silly me!!! i obviously never get a call back, the following week i call the office for Andrew, leave him TONS of messages but i never get a call back...i forget about the deposit refund and about 2 weeks later i call again and(luckily) Andrew answers the phone, i ask about the walk through and he states that "He cannot do the walkthrough unless i'm completely moved out" I go ballistic and inform him that i've been out for almost a month...His response is "ooh i'll go look and call you back" well he doesnt. I again wait about another week and contact Jennifer(Manager) who tells me that they will take $170.00 from my deposit because "the stove was really dirty" not true... I went crazy on her and told her i would make a career of cleaning stoves for $170.00 ea. I gave up, and told her that was fine and asked how long it would take for my deposit. She said 6-12 weeks. I called about 8 weeks later to check on the status and was told that "it was being processed", then another 2 weeks later and " it was still being processed". Today is the 18th week from the day i turned in my keys...being sooooooo tired of everybody's crap i called THEIR MANAGEMENT COMPANY, BF MANAGEMENT @323-931-7776. I was helped by a very nice lady who'm apologized for the invonvenience assured me that they have NO PAPERWOK of a pending check under my name or apt #, and that today was the cut day for checks and she would get it done today. I have just received a scanned copy of the check((i asked to make sure they were really doing it)).TO ALL OF YOU THAT LEAVE LINCOLN VILLAGE APARTMENTS--SKIP ALL THE CRAP AND CALL THEIR MANAGEMENT COMPANY, 3 OTHER FRIENDS THAT LIVED THERE HAD FORGOT ABOUT THE DEPOSIT(they had given up on all the crap they give you when you're just asking for what's yours) FROM 6 AND 8 MONTHS AGO, AND ARE GETTING A CHECK CUT TODAY.

I have lived here for over 10 years and the girls are very, very, very NICE. You obviously unhappy with yourself and your life. You should take up cleaning stoves for 170.00 . I think you are full of crap lady. Please get your lies straight before you type out mumbo-jumbo crap on this site. BITE ME!

lol bite me.. is this the 80s? obviously this comment is from a staff member at the good old LV. They have let this complex go to hell. Want proof? drive throught the complex (don't worry the gate dosen't work) and see how trashy the complex really is. If you're a thug or criminal, have your mom or grandma do the paperwork for you then move you and your 6 kids in to a one bedroom.
