Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Back when I was there, the 18-yr olds that they hired for staff were incredibly rude and bitchy. Not mature enough to do a good job. I guess whoever did the hiring wanted good-looking babes to run the place, but didn't care that they were little snotty girls.
