This has to be the WORST place I have ever lived in my life!!!

* Things are falling apart and maintenance takes FOREVER to repair them or they tell you there is nothing wrong, when you know
can prove to them there is. Then, when they finally come to fix something, they break/damage something else.

* The staff is extremely RUDE and could
no one seems to understand the concept about "customer service". Both of the managers are worthless and could care less about your problems with THEIR apartment complex and do NOTHING to help resolve the problems. The corporate office is just as bad.

* Theft is on the rise...yet the staff knows about it and all they do is send out fliers telling the residents to be more careful. YET, The "Security Gates" have been open 24 hrs a day welcoming the thieves to help themselves, 96% of the time that I have lived here. No wonder there is an increase in crime!!! What is the point in paying extra to live in a safer "Gated Community" if the gates never work'

* The movie theater is never working

* The pool is beautiful, but there are always flowers/trash floating in it

* The Compact Garbage Machine is ALWAYS full and just disgusting as well as closed in and VERY unsafe - and it is very inconvenient to most residents

It is quite humorous...they send out monthly newsletters and talk about "Royal Treatment". We are glad you are here; we strive to treat you like royalty;

our "Crowning" Achievement! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA What a JOKE! If this is living in a castle, I would rather be a peasant than a
queen!

I CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS PLACE and NEVER look back!!!

This place has been a horrible experience and I have told all of my
friends/family/co-works/you name it about all the problems/trouble we have had with this place and the lack of help/resolutions from the staff!!!

I hope you will not make the same mistake I did, by choosing this complex as your "Castle", because you would be better off and less stressed by living on the streets!
