I have lived in my fair share of bad apartment complexes when I was in college - and nice ones out of college. So for this place to say they are a "luxury" complex, you should expect and receive a lot more. The buildings are extremely poorly built - they cut corners on absolutely everything. It was made to LOOK nice, not BE nice. The people who work in the office are unaccomodating and unhelpful with even the smallest issues. Good luck getting maintenance done. I have been a resident here for 3 months, and I still haven't been able to get my "look-and-lease" check for $300 from the office. There is always "some problem" with it when I go to pick it up. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
