My roommate and I moved in January of this year (2007). So far things have been fine. There are minor things that have needed fixing but that goes with ANY apartment. I do think the maintenance has done a fair job in handling the calls we have made and fixing them in a reasonable timeline. The most it took for anythig to get fixed was three days...not too terrible since it wasn't something major.

The one thing that is odd is the air-conditioning/heating system really cools/heats the living area but not so much bedrooms. We are still trying to figure that out.

Our lease ends in December and I would re-sign even with these problems (but wouldn't mind a cheaper price). The fact is...it happens everywhere.
