A year ago i would have recommended this apt. to anyone looking for an apartment in san antonio. Today i would recommend it to no one! The people that bought the complex have ruined everything i used to like about this apt. complex. Not to mention they're rude and dont know what they are doing. They dont inform their residents of anything they will be doing, they notified me a day before they would be entering my apt. and since i am out of town alot i didnt get the message till after they entered my apt. The back gate is always open now and never was before that, they changed everyones gate codes without telling anyone and the only way i could enter the complex was through the back open exit gate that shouldnt be open. There is construction in front of my apt. and they dont clean up any of the dirt or rocks that is left behind before they leave for the day. The apartments are nice, but too expensive and just hope you dont get someone above you that enjoys having sex at 2 in the morning or has heavy feet b/c you WILL hear them. The washers are REALLY loud too.

I just wanted to add that the maintenance staff is still great, i thought they had left with the old management, but they're still around. Always incredibly friendly and helpful.
