First off, to the reviewer below who says she's 'highly educated', learn how to spell before presenting yourself as all high and mighty. Moreover, these apartments are very adequate for the price paid. Maintenance is excellent and the management staff is extremely friendly... try not being an ass and maybe you won't get it in return. I've lived here for 8 months and plan on renewing my lease soon. Keep in mind that most people who take the time to review an apartment are those who've had a bad experience.

I smell a rat. Do you work in the office at this place? I passed by and the buildings/grounds look nice but looks to me like parking is very limited. The bottom line is that the rating is 45% no matter what you say. As for picking on the lady who can't spell...maybe you should join us during calendar time in my second grade class. Your info says you have lived at this apartment from since 2008 yet you say you've lived there for 8 months. My students could teach you a thing or two about time and not to mention manners.

Ok... I wrote this review quite a while ago and still stand by what I said, but I do agree that the move out fees are ridiculous and there are many other (better) places out there to live out there. Sorry though, I am not the manager or a rat.
