I've lived there with my family for about a year now. We were moving out of Stone Oak and wanted to be more central, and were impressed with the grounds and apartments. The size and quality of the apartments is fine, but it stops there. Once moved in, we had huge problems with the dinosaurs living above us and the party people below us. I will give it to the management that the neighbors weren't there fault, but the walls were so thin you could hear everything at all hours. The management changes frequently, and they aren't very prompt on addressing problems, i.e. Noisy Neighbors, plumbing problems, etc. Parking is limited and under inspection, it's as easy as pulling a string to break into the garage.

I bet for some people it's a wonderful place to live. We're just counting the days until our lease is up.
