don't let the grounds deceive you. once you get into the apartment you're going to rent you will find the cheapest of cheap construction and hardware. be very, very thorough with the initial walkthrough checklist, because they will blame you for everything. the managment is pretty incompetent but the maintenance guys are very good when managment dosen't hold them back. there is a light fixture in the pool that has been floating by it's wires for about 4 months now, and a patio umbrella that is hanging by threads. for the $1200 we spend on rent a month you'd think we'd get a little better ammenities. there is only one trash area for the whole complex and every week it is overflowing to the parking lot. it is terrible. there is also very little handicap access, which is terribly inconvenient. the girls that work in the office don't go out of their way to be helpful either.
overall, we have been extremely disappointed with our experience here and would never sign another lease or refer any of our friends. also, there is no recycling, which, in this day and age is really criminal.
