Nice place to live

Kitchen and bathroom cabinets and flooring are of a very low quality. The staff turns over every six months to a year.
They have a number of exercise classes, which is nice. Nice equipment in the gym.
The pool and grounds around the pool look great.
The rent is getting expensive.
