I have lived in six apartment complexes in four years and this is by far the best expereince I've ever had. The only negative is that you pay for it. I do not mind, however, paying for appliances that never break, berber carpeting (a pet owner's dream!), and very friendly maintenace staff. Even though I've never needed maintenance on anything, one of the maintenenace staff watched my garage for me when I unknowingly left it open all weekend that I was out of town. This is a hassle-free and friendly place to live. Also, the free bus and drinks for Niosa are unbeatable!!
