Aside from hearing every conversation from your neighbors this is not a bad place to live. It's kept up, the gates you pay extra for never work - I think they have been broken for about 2 months now. The office staff never knows what is going on. Not to mention the theft that goes on here the office has been broken into but you get these really nice notices not to leave anything in your car b/c of the break ins. There is a reason you can get 4 months free here. . .
