the office staff is very rude and racist

I lived at the lodge for 1 year, the office staff turnover was high, they were very rude and never returned my phone calls when I lived there. When I moved out, they quoted me a pro-rated price for moving out mid-month and then after I had already signed a new lease somewhere else, they hiked up the price by 200.00$. The negligence and inattentiveness of the staff was not worth the stay there. I'd rather stay somewhere less expensive and be treated with respect. After I moved out, they claimed carpet damage and made me pay over 600.00$. I paid the amount only because it would affect my credit. Heed my advice, DONT MOVE IN!!!!!!
