They Suck From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've been living here for about 2 1/2 years. At First everything seemed ok but about 2 months later everything started falling apart. First the dish washer stoped working it would spin the water but wouldn't drain it, a week later the ice machine in the refridgerator started to make a burning smell then stoped working. I've called about 20 times since then for them to come and fix it and it's been 2 years and it's still not fixed. Another thing is my bathtub started leaking water from the spout, they actually came to fix it on the day that I called, but a week later it started to do it again and it's been another 3 weeks and they still havn't fixed it. Oh and a couple of weeks ago they had to redo the pavement and said they sent notices for people to move their cars or they will be towed. Well I never recieved the first notice which is the one that stated the dates they will be doing it. It Nice of them to call me and tell me to move my car so I did. But the day after that with all the horrible parking I had to park on the other side of the building. And what do you know the next day when I had to go to work my car wasn't there. I called the office to ask where my car was they said it was still in the complex but that I would have to go look for it and that it was $60 for the towing fee. I told them that I got the second notice about the construction but nowhere did it say the dates they were going to do it. I refused to pay the $60 because of the horrible parking that's were I had to park. But no they still put the fee it on my rent bill. Do not live there they don't do anything
