Trash with Cash, that's what lives here. They offer curbside trash pick up M/W/F but people put trash out all days of the week. Beer bottles and trash left everywhere. What gets me is the ones that live 20 feet from the dumpster who can't get their trash on nontrash days any further than the curb. Parties on patios/balconies 4am and they do nothing about it. They tell you to just deal with it and try and work something out with your neighbor. Security will come out repeatedly to the same apartment for noise violations but management does nothing about it. I get an average of 5 hrs of sleep a night due to the noise from either outside yelling and screaming, barking dogs, the toilets flushing, neighbors stomping around upstairs and banging stuff around, your neighbor having a phone conversation, stereo's or my favorite.....your neighbors having sex. Yes, come live here and have sex and your neighbors will know how often you have sex and what you like in bed.
