I'm feeling very annoyed right now. When I moved into this complex it was so beautiful. Now I'm embarassed to have guests over because of what MBS had done to The Lodge. The MBS staff was too lazy to pick up trash last week so there were bags everywhere and trash is now covering the parking lot (including a bunch of spilled dog food). Also, I just want to say that I think it's pretty rude to put up signs around the complex that say "RENT IS LATE!" And I don't appreciate the note on the office door that says something along the lines of "Drop your rent check in the slot. Don't bring it inside." But that's okay because I don't really want to see their faces either.

I had no problem with Lincoln management, but then along comes MBS and what-do-you-know....The front office gets broken into and all our checks are stolen!!! Then those trashy signs go up in the front entrance that say "FREE MONEY! ASK US HOW!" I guess the MBS employees don't realize that Stone Oak is supposed to be a SOPHISTICATED area.

If you are thinking about renting here, all I can tell you is that there are a lot of apartments in San Antonio and you should choose carefully. I have researched other MBS complexes, and they are all the same--poorly managed, run-down, and unsafe. Research MBS and you will see the multitude of lawsuits being brought against them by former residents for failure to return deposit money.

are you ------- kidding???? you must be management because anyone who lives here knows there is never any parking, it's loud and the lighting is horrible not to mention the trash everywhere

All that trash is probably yours dumb ass! OMG there's a sign saying put your money in the drop box! Call the police! And it does not say "don't bring it inside" you no good lair! Is it rude to put up signs saying rent is late. Well it's rude to be a stupid liar like you are. If Stone Oak is supposed to be sophisticated, then what the hell are you doing living there? You obviously have no sex life! Why don't you take the stick out of your ass and loosen up!! Loser!!!
