i recieved a letter on my door stating that MBS has taken over and i never heard of them so i was fine with it. i knew i was going to miss the lincoln staff, but it was time for them to move on. I wish they never had though our compactor is more like a dump and stinks i called to see if they can clean it up wish i have done a time or two before and the office guys would go and take care of it right away(when it was lincoln) not even waiting for the maint. crew. And when i called MBS they said that they would take care of it on mon. it was fri. that i called , need i say more. Well yes there is more it is the following mon. and nothing is done yet and it is a big mess..... And what really got me upset is i saw a staff member run over a a fast food bag with the golf cart , when the steff before would have picked it up i've seen the office girls and guy do it. the carts are all over the pretty grass ,the grass is going to get ugly what is wrong with these peaple. where did they come from please help me and my family i need someone to tell them they are not doing a good job. if you are a part of the old staff please respond to this so i can find out where you guys went so i can leave when my lease is up or if there is a faster way out ill do it thank you......

If you need help exercising your right to break your lease refer to your early termination addendum or if they continue to be in default of their responsibilities to you and the property then you can exercise your right to break the lease w/o penalty. Good luck. I'm sorry we couldn't stay.

Yes! They are driving the carts all over the grass and today there was an incredibly unfriendly man pretending to clean the pool. I am not comfortable with these people, the whole atmosphere has changed. What happened to the adorable boy with the shaved head who used to clean the pool and smile at me? I don't like this rude and unfriendly new staff. Help!

Personally, I'm thrilled the old staff is gone. They were horrible. I always had problems with them and could never understand why lincoln management kept them especially allison and randall. I moved out because of them and did not move because of MBS. I have lived in a complex managed by MBS before and do not recall ever having any problems.
