Seriously? You must be management because everyone knows Lincoln rocked, either that or you haven't seen the pool, there are enough bugs and leaves in there to fill half the grand canyon.

Yeah, MBS is way better than Lincoln. I mean, I hated all those fun community events Lincoln planned and how our water bill was always here on time. That truly sucked. And what about how Lincoln took the trash out of the dumpster instead of leaving it spilling everywhere like MBS does? Remember that corny newsletter Lincoln sent out each month with handy tips and a cute calendar on the back? Yeah, definitely NOT gonna miss that. But seriously...Thanks MBS for sucking the life out of this place. I wish I'd lived somewhere else.

Lincold rocked???? Are you serious???? I moved out because of Alison and Randall. They were the reason I left. But then again, MBS is no better. I call to speak to someone in particular and I'm told they are gone for the day only to have them return my call an hour later. Lodge was no better with trash. There was always trash overflowing from the compactor, it was never dumped and on top of that, you had trashy neighbors who just dumped their garbage on the curb any day of the week.

For everyone having problems you need to go straight to the Better Business Bureau. The office staff will do nothing to help you and the home office is the same. I believe all current and former tenants that are having these problems need to come together and file a class action law suit against the property company for all of these issues. Tenants have rights and if you read your lease you will see how yours are being violated and it is against the law. Dig around on the internet under Texas tenants laws. There is a lot of good information. The office staff will tell you they are well within their rights but apparently they don't know what the law states. I am in the process of taking legal action against this management company.

How much did MBS pay you for this claptrap. I have lived here basically since the complex opened, and this is by far, bar none, the worst management/maintainence situation I have EVER experienced in my life.
