I do not live at the Lodge but i have visited it, and fell in love with it immediately. However, upon reading some of the latest reviews, i now have concerns. I am thinking about leasing here, so if anyone has any thoughts, please let me know. Thanks.

I would stay very far away. I moved out not too long ago and am thrilled to be gone. There is new management so I think they need to be given a chance but the construction is horrible and the reviews about hearing everything your neighbors do is true. There is trash everywhere. They offer this wonderful service of curbside trash pick up but there ae some residents that don't think the rules apply to them and dump their trash on the curb any given day of the week.

We moved in several months ago before the new management took over. It was great when we had the old management. Since the new management the place has been going downhill rapidly. We have been withoput air conditioning 14 days out of the last month. All the security lighting around our apartment is broken and the management will not fix it or even replace a broken bulb. There is trash everywhere! One of our neighbors has been without electricity for a week and another had a leakl so bad that her sheetrock is falling down! In the evenings when I walk the dog, I am always running into other tenants who are complaining about how they hate it here! I won't move into this complex unless there was absolutely no other choices available, it is horrible here!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are living without AC you need to put it in writing and send it certified mail with a return receipt. If it not fixed within a certain amount of time (I believe it's 10 days) then you are by law allowed to move without any penalties.

For everyone who has responded, I'm sorry you all are encountering such problems. My name is Gloria and I am a licensed Realtor. Have you all thought of owning over renting? Even though some of you may think that "I can afford it now" because I'm going to college or "I don't think I quality" syndrome. Well let me tell you, there is alway hope out there. For anyone comtemplating in moving, please know that if we can get you qualify, chances are that I can put in a home without any closing cost or down payment. Anyone reading this message that would like more information, please call Gloria at(210)391-7614. Sorry for any mispelled word/words. Thanks.
