We moved in when the old management was here and it was great. There were regular events, everything was kept clean (the grounds, pool,etc.), maintaince was attended to, etc. Ever since the new management took over, the complex has been going to the dogs!! We have been woithout air conditioning 14 days out of the last month. There is no security lighting around our building and they won't replace it. There are no doggie bags in the doggie stations and there is dog poop everywhere! There is trash everywhere. One of our neighbors was without electricity for a week and another had a leak so bad that the sheetrock caved in on one wall. To date they have not been able to get anyone to repair it. The new owners won't pay for anything so the maintaince is forced to steal parts from vacant units ( of which there is a growing #) to try to make repairs. The list goes on, but you should get the idea! This place is becoming one step above a ghetto! Do not rent here!!!!!
