Run Away - Owner/Manager AWFUL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived in this community for approx. 16 months. Until 2 months ago, when the property was sold by Lincoln Properties(former owner and manager) to MBS who now manages the property, this was a terrific place to live. The management was courteous, responsible, honest and went to great lengths to keep the property well maintained, clean and lease provisions enforced for the protection of all residents. None of this can be said for MBS. They have repeatedly outright lied to me and other tennants about what they will do to maintain the property, they fail to pick up trash properly causing the grounds to become an eyesore and a health hazard, they have removed access to very nearly ALL of the amenities the property formerly offered, and they are failing in NUMEROUS situations obvious to the passerby to enforce the terms of the lease (that would protect other tenants from undesirable living conditions). Very clearly their mission is to milk everything they can from this property while investing nothing (not even enough to pay the trash pick-up contracter) to maintain it. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Your heart will be broken as is mine.
