I have followed MBS for years. They buy the properties, don't maintain them, suck them dry for every penny they can get, then when the property is so beat up and needs major repairs, MBS will sell them. This was done to The View at Encino Commonc, Signature Ridge, and The Mansons so just name a few. MBS will lie to you, not answer your phone calls and treat you like crap....MOVE OUT NOW x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
