Forget it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I'm not sure how the previous post can say the property looks better - it by far looks worse, the trash pick up is worse and the management is horrible. All events have been cancelled. I have attempted to call the office 3 times - no response. Write twice - no response. Visited frequently and they are always with a customer. You can tell the decline by the number of people that have vacated since the takeover - If you're thinking of this place don't! Search the web, MBS has a bad rep all over the nation!
