I arrived when Lincoln was managing the property and it was pretty good. Since the new management company took over, (MBS') the property has started to decline. I had heard other bad things about MBS in the past from friends and others who've had bad dealings with them. I had an agreement with the leasing office when I moved in, and MBS has ignored my communication attempts to make that agreement completed. Some of the services have been taken away too. It seems as though MBS is up to it's usual...swoop in, take over, bankrupt and trash the place and then move on.
