1. Maintenance at the Lodge is laughable. I found out that the only maintenance guy (at the time) did not drive and had to take the bus to the Lodge. So much for sense of Urgency!!
2. I finally had someone check my apartment and I was told that the replacement part can take months to arrive. Six months later, still no part.
3. Security gates don't work. They are constantly open, so anyone can come in. Just in case you wondered where the thieves came in from....it's not the back door!!
4. The entrance to the gym requires you to stretch before because you have to go through the bushes to excercise!
5. By the way, pooper-scoopers are not required because there's dog poop on the grounds that have been there for months!!
6. A co-worker of mine was looking for an apt and the other apt complex warned her NOT to go to the Lodge because of MBS's reputation. I wish I had known.

I miss the previous Mgmt Staff(Randall & Michael are who I remember the best)!!!
