I like my place, it is huge and the office is very helpful I really see a difference in the maint, my work orders got done quickly. New management is doing good.

Okay you don't have to lie we all know you have to be an employee,and your manager probally ased you to post this to help the ratings,right?It's okay nobody believes this crap anyway we all know MBS sucks,it's horrible,they buy up beautiful class A properties and run them in the dirt as fast as they can,do not be fooled they do not fix anything,they wan't your rent and that is it!!As a person who know's,please I beg of you beleive me when I say I wouldb't send my worst enemy to rent with them!!!Tell everyone you know not to rent here they are full of CRAP!!They change Supervisors,and Managers faster than you can blink,beacause they get pissed off at someone and dont like them, or some are smart enough to get out before they get in too deep!!MBS is located in Metarie,Louisana (corporate office) and Houston,Texas (Regional Office).Here is the corporate number (504)836-5075,If you have complains call them,let them have it,this company needs to be put out of business quickly!!If you are an employee,QUIT!!They can't offer you anything,the pay is not that great you can do so much better,think about it do you want to work somewhere that you lie all day long,you as an employee get screwed over all time,wether it be your days off,promises of a raise,or whatever,GET OUT!!
