If anyone is considering moving to this dump, this will be the worst mistake you'll ever make. I'm telling you that with personal experience. They sit around on their lazy a** and dont do ---- it. They leave the office and give bullsh*t excuses about having to fill a maintenance order or some other crap that they make up.

Consider this........ If this was (notice I said 'was' which implies that is it not presently) a descent place to live, then this apartment complex wouldn't need any advertising to attract new residents. But because this apartment complex which is managed by MBS (and all apartment complex managed by MBS) has a horrible reputation, it is needing to put up cheesy signs about free money. They wont give you free money. instead they'll give you a month free rent and lock you in a contract. After you sign that contract, you'll be paying rent to the leasing office to do absolutely nothing.

If you really do insist on living here, perhaps you and I can arrange for you to take over the remaining terms on my contract.

I probably would if YOU (we all know you're management) were able to cancel my contract with this apartment complex. Seriously, you management people got nothing better to do than try to repair the fu*ked up image you have. Stop trying to hide the truth and get your a** off the computer and actually work instead of taking people's rent and doing nothing about it.

THE COMPLAINS OF THE APTS CAUSE THEY JUST WANNA LOOK GOOD IN THEIR SUPERIORS AND GET A PAY CHEK ON TIME , POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSED NO ONE IN THE OFFICE ANYTIME SECURITY GATES IS ALWAYS BROKE RENT IS TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HIGH WITHOUT THE SERVICES ABOVE I SEE MORE DOGS WITHOUT A LEIGH ( NECK BELT HAHAH ) ON THE PROPERTY PPL NEVER PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS DOG SH * T ALL OVER THE WALK WAY AND NO GRASS ON THE GROUND CAUSE THE MAINTANANCE DO RIDE THEIR GOLF CARS ALL OVER THE GRASS AND MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A GO CART RUNWAY AND IF I REMEMBER MORE I`LL PUT IT IN AND THATS WHY PPL ARE MOVING OUT
