Fed up with Incompetence

The incompetence began with the day that I moved in, or attempted to move in. There are way too many things to complain about, so I won't mention everything in detail. But the jist is this: lost contract, no storage unit, unclean apartment, wrong lease dates on lease, refusal to uphold previous 6-month agreement that I had in writing from a manager, broken access gates, multiple issues in apartment that have yet to be resolved, broken mailbox that took them over a week to fix. One more thing to add to the list is that tonight/this morning, the fire alarm has been going off for almost 3 hours and counting and there is no 24 hour maintenance number to get the darn thing turned off. While many of us (residents) called the office and multiple alarm service centers to determine who might be able to turn off the noise, one of the leasing agents who actually lives here tried calling the maintenance guy. He didn't pick up, of course. So maybe I'll head to a hotel and bill them.
