I Moved in about 3months ago and when I moved in my apartment was dirty, I had no washer or dryer which I was paying for in my lease. I have wires hanging from the ceiling till this day. I was without hot water for 1 1/2 months. I would call the office everyday for a 1 1/2 months for them to fix it. I have a major nat problem because the trash is not picked up on a regular basis. I have a neighbor whom was out of A/C for a whole month. DONT MOVE IN IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i go to the office daily for the last 5 months there r u young ladys all they do is sit on theiur butts and give no responce no one even wants to acknowledge tenents also they don`t even know the number for mbs management if its the truth how the heck they got hired i fount out from other tenents that she has seen employees come and go like central station thats why they don`t care only they care is their hours and pay chek does anyone have a number higher than the office for mbs management cause i did email mbs in houston and no responce help me plz anyone some one

I wish I had read this site before I moved in. Every thing i am reading is so true. I am fortunate to be in a "somewhat" better building, but it is still bad! It is so sad to see such a beautiful property continue to go down the drain becuase of management and its staff. Save yourself and take your hard earned money somewhere else where you are appreciated and can live in comfort (becuase you are not waiting months to get things fixed).
