Run-away is true, they only care for landscaping but ignore everything else. Beware of their deals and "promotions" once you are in you will regret it. They ignore maintenance requests and apartments are dirty when you move in. Management is ridiculously rude and their turnover is high, since we moved in on September 2007 (regretfully) of last year it has changed three times. Never improved just changed still useless people with zero customer service skills. Truely they have no idea what a customer is. This property is a rip off and I can not believe they get away with it. We have had no perks living here, the pool is filthy. We have had doors fall off, black powder coming out of the vents, mold around the windows, mold in our shower since we moved in, water leaks for over 6 months, the refrigerator and dishwasher does not work.

i go to the office daily for the last 5 months there r u young ladys all they do is sit on theiur butts and give no responce no one even wants to acknowledge tenents also they don`t even know the number for mbs management if its the truth how the heck they got hired i fount out from other tenents that she has seen employees come and go like central station thats why they don`t care only they care is their hours and pay chek
does anyone have a number higher than the office for mbs management cause i did email mbs in houston and no responce
help me plz anyone some one
