Everything people on here are saying is correct. We just moved in recently and can't believe this place. First of all, no one in the office knows what they are doing. You can ask the same question every day for a week and all you will hear is, "Oh, um, I'm new here...I really don't know. I can call you back on that." And don't expect to get a call back.
I overheard a conversation between a potential tenant and the management company...they guy asked to see a non-model apartment so he could make a better decision about moving in here...they told him they couldn't do that. Hmmmm, I wonder why. It's because the one building that houses the models has super clean first floor breezeways. They don't have to walk past the unsightly trash collection garage...which is overflowing with grime and trash...ewwww.
Our breezeway is filthy with piles of bird poop from the nests that are growing above the sprinkler system on the walls, piles of dirt/dust, trash fluttering around, candy and gum that has almost melted it's way into the concrete. I could go on.
The complex is super unsafe for anyone with children. Poorly lit at night, no speed bumps...not even a posted speed limit sign. People fly through the lot at well over 30 mph. Someone is going to get hurt here and no one is paying attention to it.
The apartment was filthy upon move in, gnats all over, just grimey! I can't believe that this is costing us well over $1100 each month. For what'

Trash flying around...which the maintenance people like to run over in their trucks
Sketchy trash pick up
Rare use of the clubhouse perks
A dirty pool (with the gates left open quite often...children stay away)
Unkept promises
Broken security gates
Danger of death by way of speeding cars
Filthy breezeways
Oh...this is getting boring...I could go on and on and on. My advice, STAY AWAY! If you just can't, maybe try knocking on some doors and asking people what they really think. Looks like quite a few of us are ready to share our minds. Too bad we didn't head the warnings and stop short of signing the lease.
