I have been living at Lodge for almost three years. My lease is coming up soon and to be honest at first I was not going to renew again, thankfully there is a new management company that recently took over and are starting to bring this place back to its former glory.
I saw all the negative feedback on here and thought it only fair to inform anyone searching for an apartment that what you may read on here was completely true in the past, but does not seem to be the case with the new management company and staff.
Every since the new staff came in the grounds have improved greatly and I was having an issue with my fridge that was never resolved (puddles of water all over my floor about once or twice a week), but when I saw a banner for new management I went in and talked to them about all my issues and they came out and fixed my fridge the next day. Now that's service!
Only time will tell if the new folks can bring this place to be the luxury living I moved here for over three years ago, but so far...so good.
