I read the reviews and thought maybe there were written by people who have problems paying their rent. That is not the case at all. Every one on the negative reviews are accurate. I moved in and my apartment was not clean at all. To be honest it was filthy dirty!!! I have had nothing but problems with multiple things in the apartment. I could go on and on but fear that after listing each problem I have had the complex will discover my identity and retaliate. The trash collection is ridiculous. I would rather take my own trash to the dumpster, than to have it outside of my building everyday!!!! Animals tear up the trash outside and then it blows into the breezeways. The parking is horrible. The pet collection containers are full of trash and overflowing. The model does not represent the apartment complex actual living conditions. I had requested a downstairs apartment and was told I would be able to get downstairs, but upon signing my lease they told me it was upstairs. The only good news is that I feel that my items are a little safer upstairs since the downstairs apartments do not have any rails around the patio. I have looked around and within a week I purchased renters insurance. This is not what I expected in the Stone Oak/Sonterra area!!!!!!!!
