And have since April. I LOVE IT HERE!!! It's pricey, but you pay for the location. The management is AWESOME! I have been having family issues and they are very understanding. I'm 24 and have had 3 apartments prior to this one. I have worked for the same company for 5 years and have a Bachelor degree from Texas State University, so I'm not a college student just happy to be away from home. My boyfriend had 2 children that visit often and love to come to visit. All of the tenants I have met are helpful and respectful.The pool is open YEAR ROUND and in excellent condition with a connect jaccuzzi area that cascades water into the very large in-ground pool! It's beautiful and kept very clean. I work across the street so it is extremely convenient. Traffic is kind of ugly at the entrance. Beautiful apartments with great views for the most part. I felt the need to write this review out of sheer gratitude for finding this jewel. I could not have designed the floor plan better myself. Huge bathroom, closets, and a computer enclave near the entrance! I'm real and I don't work for them or get paid by them in any way. I just want others to find their perfect place too!

The Lodge has terrible parking. The breeze ways are filthy. The floor plans are very good and having a washer and dryer are great.But the staff are terrible. Very impatient and frustrated. It doesnt cost a dime to smile. The staff should be retrained on customer service. Great location, but if your willing to put up with unfriendly staff, this is the place for you!

I have never seen them that way and they always seem to have enough staff. I really like everyone I have had contact with. I'm sorry your experiences weren't the same. I've never seen anything filthy there, I've never ventured to the east end though. I'm in an area in the back of the complex, so our parking is adequate. Hope things get better for you neighbor!
