I am so glad I was able to do a research before making the mistake of moving here! The company that runs this place has a horrible reputation.

I've lived here 5 yrs and love my apartment. The new staff has done a lot to try to clean up the property. Gates break sometimes but are normally fixed by the time I come home from work.

Moldy vents, break ins and horrible maintenance

We had black mold growing in our vents and we kept getting sick. Maintenance wouldn't do anything to remediate the mold. They painted the registers but it was still in the ducts. I took a register full of mold and ... more
