Where to start' Noise level sucks! Dogs run,crap everywhere and bark all nite! My car got broken into! Gate never works! There are unsupervised kids all over the place especially the pool area and there is a registered sex offender living here! There is always a group of people drinking and hanging out all hours of the nite and no one ever does anything about it! Water bills are too high! Office mgr. is constantly sending "late notices" or "your lease is up notices," when its not or you have paid your rent. The last five months I have lived here have been a nightmare!
If you have a problem and talk to the office mgr or assistant it's never there fault because its the other person's job. They say they will call you back and they never do, you have to call them back! AND I FORGOT ABOUT PARKING! THERE ARE ALWAYS PEOPLE TRYING TO GET INTO THE GATE THAT DON'T KNOW HOW AND THEY END UP DRIVING THRU THE GATE AND TAKE UP ALL THE PARKING SPACES NEXT TO THE APARTMENTS WHERE RESIDENTS LIVE!
