living in these apartments has really shown me what a cesspool the city is, drug deals out in the open, domestic violence public displays in the middle of the street, children running around without supervision, crackheads chilling outside doing weird stuff and trying to sell you things they have stolen or cant pawn, the security gate is never locked, but....
the staff here tries real hard to help you and talk to you, understand your situation and do what they can. The generally have a great attittude when you go in the office for something and they are very prompt on maintenance issues even if its to come change a light bulb they will be there within 24 hours. And the pool in the front is beautiful and provides a fun place for splashing, eventhough you may have to deal with strangers' kids running alone without supervision, I have only lived here for a short time and I will probably not break the lease only because the staff here and their wonderful attempt to make this place livable.
