This apartment complex is horrible. We just moved in about a month ago and hated it from day one. Our apartment carpet is filthy, when my son crawls on the floor his knees are black with dirt. The bathroom floor bounces and is uneven. It took the maintenance 5 days to fix our defective smoke detector, our kitchen sink drips and the disposal leaks so we couldn't use it. This we found out the first night we moved in and tried to do dishes!
The office personnel seem nice at first but quickly show their true colors.
Our neighbors sell drugs and don't even try to be discreet, we hear yelling all the time!
My husband and I are both active duty stationed at Fort Sam and we wish we never even saw this place, we are even planning on breaking our lease and paying the insane fees just to get out of here!
