i have lived in these apartments since Sept 06' and it didn't seem like i was having any issues, till i found out they made up some charges they said i owed like the some of $200, then $375, $1,052.48 then it went back down to $995.00...etc. i always paid my rent/water/trash on time even weeks before it was due as to not have a problem, then they sent the sheriff to evict me, i called them nicely and asked them to give me the corporate office number to sue these dumb people(had all my recipts, therefore i would win)they said "no, what are you talking about", "they can't help you" and would not give me the number...that's how i knew they we're liers, and steal your money if you let them. i told them i had a lawyer and they strighten themselves out, not to metion becareful there's crackheads that will break into your home and take everything, make sure if you stay here you have renters insurance like i do. it really sucks, and not only that they have illegal aliens working on a building that has been burned down, 2 years ago, and still not fixed!!!!!!! one last thing it took them 1wk to fix my broken windows the crackheads used to break, took them 2 months to fix my tub(fallen tiles)there was a hole in my wall for 2 whole months, usual fix time wait 2 1/2months!!!!!
